Hard drive very slow too transffer files

my seagate 4tb has this problem the type of the file system is raw CHKDSK is not available for raw drives and it now becomes very slow too transffer files

It appears to have a hardware problem and needs to be replaced.

two months old now has a hardware problem???

no i have like four i brougth them the same day its only this one thats behaving like this
