My Samsung smart tv makes annoying announcements when I turn it on, change volume etc and I want to turn that off please

Hi Daharri,

I think you have enabled the Voice Guide feature. To disable it, press the Menu button on your remote control and select System from the home screen. Choose Accessibility > Voice Guide, and select off to disable this feature.
