Can't access my Gmail account

Hi,this is katlynn and i can't access my old gmail account today i was going through everything and i guess i did something wrong because it said sorry you can not have access to this gmail.If anyo ne knows how to do this or what to do you can email me at ***@*** or my gmail ***@***

Hello,

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
