Hello.I have the z4 and both my messages and contacts show "initializing..." This goes on for hours and im unable to use any of the apps that are connected to my messages and contacts.I can't receive messages as well.Can someone please help me?

Insert another service provider sim.the message box will open.. then insert that sim card (The one which was showing the error) then delete messages from that sim and again restore.
