Ok how about a little more details regarding the issue. Maybe items such as "when I log into my my account", or "while retrieving email messages on my IPHONE"....

insert another service provider sim. The message box will open.. then insert that sim card (The one which was showing the error) then I delete messages from that sim and again restore.
