im sorry my last communication to this forum was vague,or rude if not down right lame ,see I don't know what happened but that was the title ,not the body of the text!
Body went like this. I have a dell vostro 3500 ,OS win.7. Language is set to Chinese , needs to be English.Is there a download ? Also it probably would help if I mentioned whether it's 32 or 64 but I don't know how.any help as to this problem would be greatly appreciated. Once again sorry for misusing/ or the misunderstanding! TY

Hello

Go to Control Panel
Go to Regional and Languages Settings
Go to Keyboard and Languages tab
Then choose your display language
