How were you able to determine that your account was hacked and that the login and recovery information was changed?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
When you can’t access your account it does not necessarily mean that it was hacked.

No my account was hacked..and the last time I was Abel to get in my Gmail was 18days ago..I've changed my password causee n my wife as been fighting n then I try n go back on to check Gmail 2days later n it said my password was just changed and I never put a recovery email or phone number..

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
