Can't access my yahoo account

I recently had to purchase a new phone due to technical difficulties with my old one. Before that had my phone number changed. On my new phone I downloaded the Yahoo app to retrieve my email and it's asking for a key code that was sent to my old number also it stated I don't have a alternative email address. Lastly, I forgot my password. Please help!

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
