We can't us our Samsung smart tv, keeps cutting on and off. Tried the soft factory reset, but when svc menu pops up, you can't navigate the menu.freezes up i guess, then right back to on and off. Just put fresh batteries in remote and still no luck, any help would be greatly appreciated
TV's are not user serviceable. There is nothing we can do about this. If you were having configuration issues, or sound or something, but there is nothing to do about a possibly faulty machine! Is it under warranty?
