I can't access my yahoo account

Whenever I put my yahoo email it will direct me to a page where I will put a key code, but upto hours I didn't receive any code when I click use text or email to sigin
It will also direct me to a page saying


Uh-oh...

Looks like we can't recover your account online. The most common reasons are:
You have no other recovery options on file for your account
You have reached your daily limit for SMS or Email attempts

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
