Hello,

My acer Aspire 4810T won't connect to wifi all of a sudden. Tried to read similar posts, but my network adaptors cannot have values under resources changed. Please help.

Does it work if you plug an ethernet cable into the network? Did you recently change WIFI Providers? Is there a PHYSICAL switch turned off? This laptop is what, maybe 8 years old?

Yes, 8 years old. But my problem is that it works sometimes and doesn't at others. Does anyone even own an Ethernet cable anymore?! )) hvn't changed providers and the switch is on.

Thank you for the GREAT feedback. I am nominating you for poster of the YEAR!

Well, a cable would be helpful for troubleshooting. Do other devices still connect to the Access point? If so, then we need to find out what your machine thinks it is on, so issue a IPCONFIG /all from a CMD prompt, and post back all of the address' please.

Thank you, @ac3mark. Not sure what you mean by all of the address. I am not really an IT person, unfortunately. Other devices connect just fine.

OK, when you run the comand IPCONFIG, it produce a screen that looks like this:

I need to see those numbers so that I can determine if the WIFI is on the network or not.
