Cant access Wi-Fi internet

Hello,

My computer is Dell and its OS is window 8.1. I accessed the internet as usual but the other day there're something wrong and i couldnt access to wifi even though my phone could. Can u pls tell me how to fix it? Thank u

Windows 8.1 has serious networking flaws. If this happens in the future, turn it off, and reboot it!
