Hello,
Can anyone help me, my system crashed, I ran my pc in safe mode, my pc completed a system restore, which included windows xp, but I cannot open windows xp, no word - excel - powerpoint, xp can factory loaded on my pc so I do not have have a retrival disk, how can I get it back ?

hi,
you can undo the system restore.
go to the same way as doing the system restore and you will find button saying undo system restore.
this will bring back the softwares that were present before the system restore.
