You say that that you have tried all given solutions, hence we don't know what else to suggest, you have tried them all. We don't want to waste your time repeating the same things which you have already tried.

Earlier in my laptop up and down, enter key options were working, but now they are not.
I tried on screen option, scroll lock option but still tge responce is same

Sometimes, this worked for other users:
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
If the above does not work, your keyboard may need to be replaced.
