Help I need to reset my computer!

Hello,
Yeah all I know is that I have a Compaq Computer. It's kind of lol nothing it's like a 2005 or 2006 somewhere around in their but have liked this trojan on there that I cannot remove all was wondering if you all could help me? What I need to know is how to set a compact back to factory made. Thank you very much I hope that this works.!

It's better you clean the whole system instead of restoring something!
