My MSN doesnt work

Hello,
I have the newest version of MSN on my computer and ive been using it before with no problems then out of know where it stops working. i tried to install another one but i cant because it says i already have which i cant find any where. so i went to control panel to remove it and and it says it has been removed so i tired to download another but it still says its downloaded. PLEASE HELP

hi,
try this to remove the msn completely from your computer:
>control panel
>add/remove programs
>add/remove windows components
then uncheck MSN explorer and Live Messenger
Follow the wizard and then try to download again
