Hotmail account recovery

I am trying to retrieve my emails and Microsoft has an old phone number and I need to change this number BUT there is no where to click for to change this from OLD number to NEW number. Please assist me through this thankyou. It looks like this will be a problem receiving an answer because the problem is I can't get into my Hotmail, so how will I get someone to give me an answer????????? Here is my phone number if someone could call me it would be greatly appreciated very much please. ASAP PLEASE
