Hi,
You can try using a recovery software to recover the lost files on your USB drive. But, full recovery of your files is not guaranteed.
I suggest you use Recuva : https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5003-recuva/
Once the software is installed, make sure you have chosen the location of your USB drive.
