I have already tried everything in the article. I no longer have the recovery phone number and I do not have a recovery email, although I thought I had used my AT&T email as such.
I have called several "help" phone numbers and I am pretty sure I was dealing with the darker side of the web.
Any more suggestions are appreciated. If not, thanks anyways.

Help phone numbers lead to 3rd party, they cannot do anything but try to make believe that they have the magic recovery trick. They first take your money and then give you the bad news. They are scammers, dirty rotten scoundrels.

Bare in mind that CCM.net is a mutual aid community, all answers on the forum are provided by volunteers who give their time free to help solve issues.
Therefore, when asking for assistance, please be courteous, as for elsewhere in similar circumstances in every day society when asking for help. (Usually, how would someone ask for help? i.e. please, thank you, appreciate, grateful, etc.)
Being courteous will increase your chances of getting the help you need.
