Hello,

I have not been able to access my messages.Always says initializing but does npt open.Also can't recieve ANY messages.Major concern.Please assist me.

Go to menu: Setting > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset device
Choose Ok
SAMSUNG Z2 (TIZEN) will do the process to Master Reset to Factory Default
