I've lost all my Google files, documents and my photos b'se I can't remember my recent password, how can CCM help me recover jef**********@gmail.com ?

You can try to recover your Google account password by visiting this page : https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery

Enter your email address, click on "Next" and enter the last password you remember.

Then, choose your recovery method to get a verification code.

If you have not registered a recovery method, click on "Try another way", and answer Google's questions.
