Please help me w/ Disk Drive It doesnt work

Hey, so i just recently bought sims three, and when i put it in nothing happens, so when i search for my c drive nothing is recognised, and it sais "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Any ideas on how to re-install or even fix my disk drive so i can play any CD on there?

hi,

by knowing the make amd model, you can search for its driver.

check in the official website of the product.
