Email doesn't match with any account

Hello,
I have deactivated my account. Now I want to reactivate it but whenever I put User ID in email address and phone number it says it doesn't match with any account. I remember the password. But how will I able to open it

How long ago did you deactivate your account?

I have only deactivated it for some time then how can they delete it.. I haven't sent any deletion request to them.

You don't need to send a request, the deletion is automatic
