Facebook is telling to confirm my identity from my phone number I don't have access to, pls how can I get the verification code from my lost number cause its only that number option Facebook is asking me yow verify with, pls what can I do?

Youll get it back dont worry. just contact them and theyll walk you through it. There will be some information theyre going to ask you for obviously, so as long as you have it you have nothing to worry about. facebooks actually working on an identity verification where you have to take a selfie. looks like you could use that

My account got Locked but my Phone number isnt available anymore.
My account is locked for almost a week now. I cant verify my account using my phone number because my phone was stolen. I have very important messages in my account and my games ;--; pls help me.

You could answer the security feature or use your alternate email.

They didn't give me another option, they only want me to verify from that number but I don't have access to it
