Facebook is telling to confirm my identity from my phone number I don't have access to, pls how can I get the verification code from my lost number cause its only that number option Facebook is asking me yow verify with, pls what can I do?

Theres a help option on facebook sign in page... Maybe you could contact them?

Youll get it back dont worry. just contact them and theyll walk you through it. There will be some information theyre going to ask you for obviously, so as long as you have it you have nothing to worry about. facebooks actually working on an identity verification where you have to take a selfie. looks like you could use that

Hi, if it is not providing any other alternative recovery solution then you can talk to the customer care or any nearby store and buy the same number and resume the services of the number. If it is also not possible for you, then raise your issue in the help section of the Facebook.
