Why won't you update your website

yahoo maker... I'm so disappointed. I can't retrieve my account because of that recovery number and email which I used a very long time ago and I totally forgotten those recovery information. Can you make a another way to recover our account? At least consider human error. I really wanted to recover my account. At least try ask the address, birthdate or birthplace or send code via type number. I have lots of file here in yahoomail but so sad I can't recover it.
