No sign of power in computer

Hello, I recently was using my computer when it suddenly dropped power entirely, no crash screen just straight power down with no warning and now will not post at all. I have already determined that it's not the PSU by plugging into a spare will be looking into the individual components soon, just wondering if anyone has some idea of simple things i could be missing that could cause this.
