Toshiba satellite Factory reset

I have a Toshiba satellite C55-A5310 laptop.it has a BIOS password that has to be entered when you first turn it on. I know the BIOS password however the administrative password has been forgotten. And im trying to factory reset the entire laptop back to factory settings. I do not have the original reboot disc but i've downloaded one to a disc.is there a way to turn off the BIOS password to make it easier to reset the computer.please help thanks
