PC turns on but no display

Hello,I have a PC that i ordered.
I did a first boot with a HDMI cable ,no windows,i tried to see my bios but my keyboard and mouse plugged in didnt work i tried to use another keyboard but it didnt work.I tried reset didnt work i tried to Google but cant figure it out.I tried to Plug in and out the HDMI cable but no luck.
(whenever i turn on the pc mnoitor recognises the cable and pc but the screen is black)

Verify that the power supply voltage switch is set correctly.

@jenniferTruong - UH, it boots! If voltage switch was wrong, it wouldn't even boot!

What kind of HDMI device are you using? A tv? Did you change the input to the right display?

Yes,the display was right i and im using a HDMI (i meant to use a VGA port but there was no VGA ports on my pc) cable from my TV BUT my brother is using a hdmi cable for his pc and i tried his but it didnt work.It says that there is no imput from the pc even tho its on.

HDMI is not a standard. "What does that mean?", you ask.

It means that not all HDMI devices are required to work with each other. YOU may need to try different boot orders, like turn the TV on, then the PC, or vice versa. It takes different things to tunr on certain devices. The only way that HDMI will work, is when it is a SONY to SOny, or SAMSUNG to samsung, or device to device!!!

I hope this helps in explaining what issues you may be facing!

Its ok i solved the problem.The ram card wasnt properly inserted.It was loose.
