Cant sign in my gmail account

hello ,

I cant sign in into my gmail account , i am prompted into recovery options such as entering my mobile phone number then i received verification code and proceed into the next question that said that they will send a mail into a yahoo account i dont had access to that so i tick another way then ask me again to verify the mobile number i remember and i had that number until now so i enter then received a code again and enter to the tab then it proceed again then the next step was asking me to put an email were they can contact me later but as i enter it said that google i cannot verify if the account belongs to me.

please help me.
