Hello,
My Laptop is just over a year old. I plugged in the power supply recently-the power light came on briefly and then died. I am therefore unable to recharge the laptop or turn it on. I have tried a different power supply without luck. It is as if something has blown but what? Any suggestions please?

Hey there,

This problem probably comes from your battery! I think you will have to change your battery!
