Someone has Stolen my Facebook account

Hello,
Someone has stolen my password call my Facebook account then gone into messenger and took control of that as well. My email address and telephone numbers for my password recovery has been changed so I have no way of getting into my old account to delete it. If someone could please help me I would appreciate it

First visit the official Facebook hacked account page: https://www.facebook.com/help/1216349518398524] then click on the option "I think my account was hacked or someone is using it without my permission.
Then follow through.
