Acer Aspire 1 not turning on

Hello,
I have this netbook acer aspire one not turning on but the led light of power is turning on.
I tried the procedure (remove the battery and hold the power button for 1min and charge it again then turn on) but nothing happened.

Did you also take the cord out of the laptop, and make it two pieces? The voltage that is CLAMPING the power is in the adapter. If you still have the power cord plugged in, and together, it is still storing the CLAMPED voltage!

Yes I also take the cord out of the charging port.

yes, put does the cord pull apart to two pieces? If so, take them apart and let them sit for 5 minutes.
