Lost phone number can't get access to Facebook

I lost my mobile phone number and I can't get unto my fb page

Urgent really need it back

OK, so get with your mobile carrier, and get the number back.. Without it, ALL IS LOST! Now what to do with the many hours throughout the day without facebook?
