Some keyboard keys don't work

Hello,

I have an issue is That some keyboard keys on my Toshiba Laptop don't work like The R,Y ... I have this issue since the month of June , I work with windows 10, I bought another external keyboard , it worked in the first time but then I found that some keys don't work like The caps-lock and the Tap key The A,Z not like the keyboard of the laptop , I switched to the windows 7 but the same problem, Please help me to fix this problem .
