Keyboard not functioning

Hello,
I have a problem with my computer
Usually I open my computer and my keyboard works nice
But yesterday i directly turned off the PC
The next day the keyboard is not functioning
If we press a key
The sound in heard
And the numlocks key is on
I don't know what has happened
If it is a PC problem or keyboard
I already Changed the battery also
Plz help
