In a previous thread:

you had lost your HP Probook Bitlocker key.
Now you have lost your Acer's password.
Do you have a poor memory or did you get all of this hardware from the back of truck?
To reset the computer you must first enter the password or it's a brick.
CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password,
The reasons are explained in this link:
