It's really simple:
Go to start > type "Settings"
Now, Go to Update and Security
Then, go to Windows Security [From the left list of options]
> A button will appear with text "Windows Defender"
> Click/Tap it
> Now Go to "Virus & threat Protection"
> From here just click the toggle button
Note- Your OS will prompt you with dialogue msg, just say it OK & You're done
