2 questions regarding my personal gmail

Hello,

I have 2 issues...

First is I've got a very very unique last name that only my immediate family has (that I know so far) and made a youtube channel under this gmail acct and wish I didn't, but I have built up this channel over the last year and wish to disassociate my first name initial and last name as my @gmail.com. So, I changed the name. Well, now all my real life contacts will see this (I know, I wasn't thinking). Is it possible to change my youtube personal email to a different new email without losing the content I've built already? To a complete different gmail addy AND the "name" associated with it?

My 2nd question is, when I try to make another gmail acct, it wants me to verify with a code sent to my non-existing cell phone, yes I am the last person on earth without a cell phone lol. I wasted so much money on it, I now use a computer app called TextNow for all phone calls and texts, for free. Well, gmail and every other sites requesting they send me a code to my allotted textnow number, won't recognize it as a cell number, therefore preventing me from confirming a new gmail and a boat load of other things for example fb...sigh. This is extremely frustrating as yeah, not everyone has a cell phone for the love of god.

Help pls??
