hi, please help me on how to recover my yahoo mail because i tried to click i forgot the password and telling me to sign in my email add and when i sign my email add it said that you have an access to another account but when i m signing another account the account cant recognize. please help me.

Before we can help you, tell us, when you created your Yahoo account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive an account key?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
