Sir there is no such issue only i send one video to my friend then after recieve a masg session off then i logout from fb automatically after this my account disabled

In your appeal, you must prove that Facebook made a mistake. In your case Facebook did not make a mistake.
Saying that you are sorry, that you did not know about the rules or that you will not do it again will get your appeal rejected. No doubt that Facebook has rejected your appeal.
