Facebook disabled reviewing additional documents

Sir This is my real account and my account has no issue after that Facebook told me.That won't be able to access your account we are reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience and we will get back you as we can.Then saw logout. and no more options. Sir this is my business people and i am worried about that because of my business stoped. please help me sir
