Black screen with cursor issue???

When I load up my windows 10 HP pc, the HP logo appears, loads for a bit, then disappears and I’m only left with my cursor on screen. I’ve tried the ctrl alt delete thing but task manager doesn’t open, but pressing the windows icon + p opens the easy switcher menu, but clicking pc only doesn’t do anything, I need help ;-;
