So I'm kinda mad because I just bought a brand new computer and have been waiting forever for it to come in the mail. When it came in I went straight to plugging it in and when I got everything set up, nothing worked. The lights would come on but the keyboard and mouse were getting barely enough signal to turn on and the monitor has no signal at all. The fans aren't turning on or anything else I can see. Please help, I really want to get my new PC up and running.

Then, it's best to return the computer and have them fix it. I can't inform you of the 695 things you will need to know before you start messing with the computer internals.
Good Luck
