Go to command prompt
In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Hit Enter Key
Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet.
If the problem persists, continue using these steps.
In command prompt
In Black Command Box Type: netsh winsock reset
Hit Enter Key
Restart Computer
Good luck
            Go to command prompt
In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
Hit Enter Key
Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet.

                    The first thing you did, did not work then tryed the other one and said unable to reset the winsock catalog access  is denied and the first one I don't know if I put it in wrong this is how I put it netsh int ip space /resetlog.txt so again idk if i did it wrong or right.
