Copy-paste some grid in excel

Hi All
I know this topic is quite old by now but. Haven't found the solution yet.
I tried to copy-paste some grid in excell when i noticed. It wasn't copied. Can anyone help with my issues. My left Ctrl Key work for zooming in and out but other than that. So i'm pretty sure it wasn't clogged it doesn't work. for copying, pasting, select all, etc.

i tried

-Uninstall Driver and Restart = Doesn't work

-Update Driver = Doesn't work

-Alt+Ctrl+Fn = also doesn't help.

My laptop us Acer Aspire 14
