Forgot gmail password Closed

This email account made in phuket, thailand when i worked there.that days i used small  mobile by thailand  true company that phone support only thailand true company sim card. Now i am working in my country and use samsung j5 mobile phone. Before some time i update my facebook account but i never know password and now recovery mail have only this id (***@***) i did not know email password also but i need for 6 digit facebook otp number. Its how possibale that i can open my old facebook account. The facebook is very important for me.in facebook have my lots of past history and memory with friends. Please i request you for help me.

You message is confusing because you are mixing Gmail and Facebook recovery.

Please explain what is a true company, are there any false companies?

To regain your Facebook password you must go through the reset procedure.

To reset your password if you're not logged in to Facebook:

Go to the Find Your Account Page. https://www.facebook.com/login/identify

Type the email, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then click Search.

Follow the on-screen instructions.
