Unable to hibernate: Swap header not found

I am using ubuntu 18.04 and I created a swap partition after installation of space 10GB using Gparted and included in fstab. 
UUID=1504fc2a-05b3-4af6-9ea3-c44068e7aec5 /               ext4    errors=remount-ro 0       1
/dev/sda4       none    swap    sw      0       0
/swapfile                                 none            swap    sw              0       0


But I am unable to hibernate as it says no swap header found. What does this mean and how to solve this problem?
