Can't open Gmail on new device

Hello, sir i lost my gmail in kolkata and my device and phone number in this time I am in uttarakhand and I want to login my gmail to my new device galaxy j7 prime but i doesn't connect my account to my new device i know what is the password si i tried to forgot password and also give a id for 6 digit verification code but doesn't forgot my password.

What message to you get when you try to login your account?

Did you logout your account with your old device?
