Hello,

I've been trying to install visual c++ runtimes and adobe softwares on my pc(windows10) but it keeps returning this error telling me that some kind of .msi file is missing from a directory (mostly "package cache" folder) and doesn't install anything and when i try to uninstall the previous versions of runtimes it keeps giving the same error and won't uninstall and i seriously have no idea about it

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 69.0.3497.86

The missing file .msi is a Microsoft System Installer file.

I suggest that your visual c++ runtimes that you are trying to install is corrupted.
