Hello,

Good day to ur office staff. I have problem signing to my account ***@*** .I forgot my password but i can't recieve verification code from my old number coz i have already my new phone number. How can i change my old number to new one? I can't receive any message sent to my account korean_fil coz i forgot my password so i cant sign in.

System Configuration: Windows / Firefox 63.0

Click "No, I don't know the digits" to access your recovery email address.

If you do not have access to your recovery email address, unfortunately, you will not be able to recover your account. Sorry.
